Kali Rose Christian Country Artist
Kali Rose has become one of Gospel Music’s preeminent performers. Her classically trained voice and wide vocal range fuels Kali’s inspirational performances.
Kali Rose is an award-winning Christian Country artist with 11 #1 songs and a lifelong foundation in music. Kali started singing as a young girl in church. She was raised in a musically diverse home - her mother yodeled and sang blue grass songs and her father was a musician, playing the accordion and piano. Kali Rose grew up listening to her father practice the accordion—a sound that filled her home daily. Like many, she didn’t fully appreciate the instrument when she was young, and at times even heard it mocked. But with time and maturity came perspective. What once seemed ordinary became deeply nostalgic. Today, the sound of an accordion brings comfort, memories, and inspiration. Watching her father practice faithfully taught her a powerful truth: great musicians aren’t born—they’re disciplined. That lesson shaped her own commitment to songwriting, musicianship, and vocal excellence. Her Christian upbringing and a home filled with music helped shape her distinctive sound and deep appreciation for traditional and faith-based music.
While growing up, Kali studied voice, piano, ballet and tap. Kali won numerous preliminary pageant titles, including preliminaries to the Miss America program, where she earned talent awards. Along with competing in other nationwide talent competitions, these experiences fueled her ambition to pursue a career in Christian Country music. Kali is a three-time Inspirational Country Music Awards Entertainer of the Year and a four-time Female Vocalist of the Year, with seven Gospel Music Dove Award nominations. Kali has recorded four Christian Country albums, beginning with her debut album recorded at Gaither Studios in Alexandria, Indiana, owned by Bill and Gloria Gaither. She has also appeared on the Grand Ole Opry stage, sharing her message of faith with audiences nationwide. Kali co-wrote seven of the thirteen songs on her newest album, Let Me Tell Ya ’Bout My Faith, including “His Right Hand,” which reached #1 in 2025. It was recorded in Nashville, Tennesee and produced by award winning artist and producer, Jeff Silvey. Adding a special family dynamic to her music, Kali’s two daughters, Kila Rose and Ellia Rose, perform alongside her on acoustic, electric, and lap steel guitar, and contribute vocals — making her concerts a true family celebration of faith, heritage, and music. Kali has opened for national acts and has headlined hundreds of concerts throughout the country. She has shared the stage with artists including Ricky Skaggs, Jason Crabb, Mark Wills, Dennis Agajanian, Nathan Stanley and Neal McCoy.
